UK Orders

At Mya’s Makery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not entirely happy with your order, we offer the following policy for UK customers:

Returns

• You have 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return
• Items must be unused and in their original packaging
• Custom or personalised items cannot be returned nor can orders for these items be cancelled
• Please contact us at myasmakery@yahoo.com before sending any returns

Refunds

• Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and should appear within your bank between 7-10 days after the refund has been intiated.

International Orders

For our international customers, the following policy applies:

Returns

• You have 30 days from receipt of your order to request a return (allowing for longer shipping times)
• Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
• Custom or personalised items cannot be returned.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees

Refunds

• Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item
• Original shipping costs and customs fees are non-refundable unless the item was faulty
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item:

• Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
• Include clear photos of the damage/fault
• We will arrange replacement or refund at our discretion
